How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Most UK deliveries arrive within 5–7 days, but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods or for multi-item orders.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days, just email us at specialsomething@special-something.co.uk and we’ll sort it for you.

Yes! All our charms and bracelets are Pandora-compatible and fit most standard European-style charm bracelets.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns Policy
We only accept returns for items that are faulty or defective.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please ensure you check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are faulty.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email specialsomething@special-something.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the fault.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — no hassle.
